Website & App
Development

"Someone searched for your service on Google today. Did they find you?"

48.7 million smartphones. 98% M-Pesa penetration. KSh 338 billion in e-commerce. The demand is there. The infrastructure is there. The only thing missing, for most businesses, is a digital presence good enough to capture it.

We build the websites, apps, CRMs, and custom systems that turn that demand into revenue. For your business. Not your competitor's.

Why Most Kenyan Businesses Are Losing Money Online

01

The Invisible Business

Your customers don't call first anymore. They open Google and type. If your business doesn't appear, you don't exist to them. Not "hard to find." Invisible. Your competitor who built a proper website gets that customer, then the next one, and the one after that.

02

The WhatsApp Illusion

Thousands of Kenyan businesses run entirely on WhatsApp DMs and Instagram stories. It works, until it doesn't. You can't appear in Google search. You can't accept payments automatically. WhatsApp is a starting point. It's not a digital presence.

03

The Website That Does Nothing

Over 80% of websites live today are technically up and practically useless: built in 2019, slow on mobile, no M-Pesa, no clear call-to-action, zero leads in 18 months. A website that takes 8 seconds to load on a phone doesn't get a second chance. Having a website isn't the goal. Having one that converts is.

Every Digital Product Your Business Actually Needs

Not templates. Not a WordPress theme bought off the internet. Purpose-built around how Kenyan businesses, and Kenyan customers, actually behave.

Business Websites

Your 24/7 salesperson. Mobile-first, SEO-built, WhatsApp-integrated, sub-3-second load times even on 4G. 95+ Lighthouse performance scores.

E-Commerce + M-Pesa

Online stores built for how Kenyans actually shop. M-Pesa STK Push at checkout, automated order confirmation, inventory synced across every channel. 340% increase in mobile conversions, RetailTech Kenya.

Mobile Applications

iOS and Android on Flutter or React Native, with offline-first architecture for areas where 4G isn't always reliable. 45,000 users onboarded in 6 months, FarmLink.

Custom CRM Systems

Built for how your team actually sells: M-Pesa reconciliation, WhatsApp lead capture, a Swahili interface option. Not Salesforce bent to fit Kenya. 300% higher lead conversion with proper CRM.

Custom Software & ERP

School systems that collect fees via M-Pesa. Clinic systems that file NHIF claims without manual entry. Built for your exact process, not a generic workflow. 50–60% reduction in admin workload.

Progressive Web Apps

Works offline, no app store download, installs to the home screen. Often 40% cheaper than a native app, with 90% of the functionality. 30–50% lower cost vs native app.

SaaS Platforms

Subscription products built for recurring revenue: multi-tenant architecture, usage-based billing, the dashboard your team actually opens every morning. 12,000 paid users in year one, EduBridge.

API & System Integration

Most businesses run 4 to 6 disconnected systems. We connect your M-Pesa, accounting, WhatsApp, and ERP so they talk to each other. 99.97% uptime on production APIs.

AI-Powered Websites & Apps

Not a chatbot bolted onto your footer. Lead qualification, recommendation engines, and smart lead scoring, in English and Swahili, embedded from day one. 40% of enterprise apps will embed AI agents by end of 2026.

98% of Kenya Pays
via Mobile Money

M-Pesa isn't just a payment method in Kenya. It's how business gets done: 51 million active users, 98% penetration, and a Daraja API that lets you embed it directly into any website or app.

Most developers treat M-Pesa integration as a checkbox. We treat it as an architecture decision: STK Push at checkout, automatic payment-to-order matching, real-time reconciliation, receipts sent via WhatsApp. We've run the Daraja go-live process dozens of times. We know exactly what Safaricom needs, and we handle it.

The Process That Makes Clients Feel Safe

No vanishing developers. No surprise scope changes. Here's exactly how a project runs, and what you can hold us to.

01 Weeks 1–2

Discovery & Requirements

We map your business, your users, and your competitors, then deliver a Product Requirements Document you actually review and sign off.

02 Weeks 2–4

UX Design & Prototyping

Wireframes before any design decisions. A clickable prototype you can test before a single line of code is written.

03 Weeks 4–12

Development

Agile two-week sprints with a live demo at the end of each one. M-Pesa, WhatsApp, and your CMS, built in, not bolted on.

04 Weeks 12–14

Testing & QA

Cross-browser, cross-device, and performance-tested against real Kenyan 4G conditions, plus an OWASP security pass before anything goes live.

05 Weeks 14–15

Launch

Cloud-native hosting, analytics configured, your team trained, full documentation handed over. A soft launch first, then full go-live.

06 Ongoing

Support & Growth

Monthly reports you'll actually read, security patches, and new features as your business grows and priorities shift.

What Makes This Different From Every Other Agency in Kenya

Kenya-first, not template-first. Most web agencies in Kenya use templates built for markets where people pay by credit card and browse on laptops at desks. We build for M-Pesa, WhatsApp, and the network conditions from Westlands to Mwingi.

M-Pesa is architecture, not a feature. Payment flow, reconciliation, and receipt generation get decided at the start of a project, before a developer ever touches the front end.

You own everything. Full source code, full documentation, hosting credentials in your name. No lock-in, no "only we can maintain this." You could hand what we build to any developer in the world tomorrow. We're confident enough in the work that this doesn't concern us.

And it's one roof, the whole stack. The website is informed by a strategy that makes commercial sense. The CRM feeds the BI dashboard showing live performance. Most agencies in Kenya hand you one piece and wish you luck with the rest.

Clear Pricing. No Surprises.

Every quote is specific to your project. These ranges give you a realistic starting point before we talk.

Things People Ask Before They Call Us

Who owns the code and website after we finish?

You do, completely. Full source code, database schema, hosting credentials, and every API key registered in your name. No lock-in, no dependency on us to keep it running.

Do you integrate M-Pesa directly, or use a plugin?

Direct Daraja API integration, not a plugin. We manage the Safaricom approval process and test every payment scenario before your first transaction goes live. Plugin-based solutions regularly fail in production, so we stopped using them.

How long does a project actually take?

A marketing website: 2 to 3 weeks. An e-commerce platform: 4 to 8 weeks. A custom app or CRM: 8 to 24 weeks, depending on complexity. You get a specific timeline in the proposal, and you hear about changes before they become your problem.

Can you fix or rebuild a system a previous developer abandoned?

Yes, regularly. We start with a code audit, then give you an honest answer, even when that answer is "this has to be rebuilt." We'd rather tell you that than charge you to patch something that won't hold.

Your Business Should Be Making Money While You Sleep

A website that captures leads at midnight. An app that processes M-Pesa payments on Sunday. A CRM that follows up with every prospect, automatically. That's not exceptional anymore. It's what every serious business does in 2026.

No pitch. No pressure. An honest 30-minute conversation about what your business needs.
